In the heart of Jefferson County, a small family-owned business began its journey in 1982. Founded by Don Carter, Budget Heating and Air Conditioning started with a simple mission: To provide reliable, affordable heating and cooling services to the local community. Don’s commitment to quality workmanship and exceptional customer service quickly earned the trust and loyalty of homeowners throughout Dandridge, Morristown, TN, and beyond.
As the years passed, Budget Heating and Air Conditioning flourished under Don’s leadership, becoming a staple in the community for all HVAC needs. In 2002, Don’s son, Ray Carter, stepped up to lead the family business into its next chapter. With a deep-seated passion for helping others and a strong dedication to upholding his father’s legacy, Ray continued to build upon the foundation of trust and reliability that Don had established.
